Donna Dahringer started Public Policy Consulting LLC in 2001 after working in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years.  She has extensive experience working with major pharmaceutical companies, public relations firms and PhRMA and holds a BA in economics from Hamilton College and an MBA and an MPP from Duke University.
